This piece is a different version of the H-13 that can be assembled on an AP-HINGE bracket to create a swivel 90-degree angle. Without the hinge, the H-23 can't be assembled on 28 mm pipes. Make sure you have enough AP-HINGE in inventory when you choose this piece.

The many holes in this product offer you different configuration possibilities when you want to secure the joint sets. To assemble an HJ-38, just connect an H-18 and an H-17 together. Assembling an HJ-20 is even easier because you just have to group two H-18 together.
